Elite Development Ladder: From Rigorous Selection to the Asian Stage
This program features a rigorous and systematic promotion ladder to ensure that Hong Kong's most talented young players receive resources and opportunities to develop in line with professional standards:
Phase 1: Selection
A large-scale selection process will be held in Kowloon and the New Territories. A professional judging panel will comprehensively evaluate players' skills, physical fitness, and match awareness using international standards, selecting 96 top players from 400 candidates.
Phase 2: Intensive Training
Selected players will form 8 teams and undergo eight weeks of intensive training and high-pressure regular season matches, guided by the East Asia Super League (EASL) Future Champions coaching staff.
Phase 3: Overseas Training and Exchange
Twelve players with outstanding attitude and skills, and an attendance rate of at least 70%, will be selected for overseas exchange programs. They will compete against and participate in training with overseas professional teams, broadening their international perspectives.
